French, Dufaud, Paris, 8 day, time and strike, figural mantel clock, c1890
CONDITION:
the metal case is in the form of a figure (Bedouin) mounted on a camel. There is some wear to the gold highlights on the camel and the base. The blue cartouche numbers are fine and the hands are original. We sold the "cousin" to this clock in May of 2010 for $1100+, lot 726. Mov't signed Dufaud. Ht 18.5"
